Payment Terms: 25% advance payment is required at service confirmation. The
remaining 75% is due after draft approval and before final report delivery. No final report
is issued until full payment is confirmed.
Accepted Modes of Payment: NEFT, RTGS, UPI, and account-payee cheque. No
cash is accepted.
Refund Policy: The 25% advance is non-refundable. If you stop after draft
approval but before final delivery, 75% of the balance paid will be refunded with advance
retained. No refunds are issued after the final report is delivered. Refunds, if applicable,
are processed within 7–10 business days.
